  1. Did you have your water pretested before drilling began? Do you know PADep will give you a letter stating your water is safe to drink but they don't tell you they did not test your water for the toxic drilling fluids used in the drilling process because those chemicals known as fracking chemicals are exempt from the SDWA. That is why PADep can lie to you and say your water is safe to drink when they know deep in their heart the water you are drinking could be polluted with fracking chemicals. No one in Pennsylvania can give us the safe aquatic toxicity levels for the fracking chemicals. Even if they could, no one will test for toxic chemicals because they are exempt.     Watch some videos and see how West Sideling Hill Watershed was polluted with suds from the drilling operations. The suds are called anionic surfactants or methylene blue active substance known as MBAS. Do you see suds in your water? Get it checked.
